ALGOCLOUD 2015 Camera Ready & Copyright form instructions

You can find below instructions for preparing the camera-ready version of your paper. Please, take the reviewers' comments carefully into account. Regular papers are allowed 20 pages, including references, while survey papers are allowed 30 pages, including references.

The deadline to upload the final paper and the signed copyright form is 30 September 2015. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.

Final paper

The camera-ready version of the accepted papers must be an archive (i.e. a zip file) containing all three (a) source files (docx or ALL latex files), (b) PDF of the paper and (c) printed-completed-signed-scanned Consent to Publish form (images or pdf).

Please, follow strictly the author instructions of Springer-Verlag, when preparing the final version.

After having prepared the camera-ready zip archive, upload the zip file to https://www.dropbox.com/request/02JoTNjxWZxotsZ3ByF2 (no dropbox account needed) naming the zip file using all authors' surnames separated by underscores in the order of appearance in the paper (e.g. for authors "Hector Garcia-Molina, Jeff Ullman and Jennifer Widom" the filename should be "Garcia-Molina_Ullman_Widom.zip")

Our publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.

Copyright

Get the Consent to Publish form from Springer-Verlag copyright form and print it, fill-in the required fields, sign it and scan the signed print-outs into PDF or any other standard image format. It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form.

Registration

Finally, please also note at least one of the authors must register at ALGO 2015 or ALGOCLOUD 2015, attend the conference, and present the paper.
